1. About

Mini Agency ("we", "us") provides a hosted site-builder and content management service (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish illegal content, infringe third-party rights, send unsolicited bulk email, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or build a competing product from scraped data.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it solely to operate the Service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Cancellations stop the next renewal; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse or legal compulsion.

7. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
